Ludorum plc, a leading specialist in the creation pre-school childrens' IP is seeking a Director for their globally established, highly successful CGI pre-school series, Chuggington.

We are looking for a highly experienced Children's Animation Series Director to help drive this fast-paced and dynamic pre-school series. The successful candidate will join an established and experienced creative team that is expanding to meet production demands for 2010.

Candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record in directing children's animation
• You will need good writing skills, knowledge of the genre and be a creative contributor
• CGI experience is preferred together with experience of working remotely with an overseas studio
• Good communication skills: overseas team members may not have English as a first language
• The Director will be expected to participate in every part of the production process including directing voice record sessions

The role is based in Bristol but location may be negotiable for the right candidate.

The ability to travel and work overseas is required

Initial 6 month contract starting March 2010
