Norwich University College of the Arts in partnership with the Evolve Norfolk project, are offering all final year students interested in making a career within the animation, game and film industries the opportunity to take part in a Mentoring for the Creative Industries scheme. The scheme will match a current student, soon to graduate, with a mentor who is already working in the field they wish to pursue their career after graduation. The role of the mentor is to offer advice and guidance on how they got started in their careers and to offer tips on making contacts and getting their work seen post graduation. There is a small fee payable to cover expenses and your time, the mentoring lasts for up to 6 months and we recommend you should have contact with your mentee at least once a month. For more information and a registration form or if you would like to discuss the opportunity further or have specific questions, please contact Caroline Bailey, Alumni Officer at: c.bailey@nuca.ac.uk or telephone 01603 756288.
