I am a designer with a strong artistic background from which I bring an understanding of the importance of ideas, audience, context and meaning. Having been fascinated from an early age by animation and the multifarious techniques of image-making I began working with motion design in 2000. Since then I've designed music videos, title sequences, promos, pitch videos, pilots, presentations, installations, idents and internal communications for a range of clients including the BBC, BFI, ITV, Coca-cola, Microsoft and Van Cleef & Arpels. I frequently collaborate with other artists, designers and specialised practitioners - sometimes leading, sometimes being given more direction. With a rare and valuable combination of strong vision linked with a depth of technical knowledge, my enthusiasm for solving any creative problem knows no bounds.
