Our new location is an old shoe factory in Muspole Street, which over the last six months has been carefully renovated and transformed into a state-of-the-art creative environment spanning over 4000 sq. ft.

The former factory floor has become the main studio area, a vast open-plan space with offices and a presentation suite at each end. With a 1,200 sq. ft. café bar area (pictured), we’ll be able to accommodate our clients more comfortably. And after a hard day’s designing, there are pool and football tables available for the team to unwind.

The renovation has been carried out using carefully chosen materials and methods that are sympathetic with the building’s rich history and heritage. The mix of solid wood and concrete floors, exposed brickwork and new partition walls is brought to life with creative lighting systems.

Adjoining our design studio, we also have a limited number of desks available for use by individual consultants, freelancers and small businesses.

Desks will be charged at £250 per month which includes the following:

• desk (150cm x 75cm) within approx 3m x 2m space

• room for personal storage (filing etc)

• broadband connection and data cable

• fully installed VOIP telephone line

• use of presentation suite (seats up to 12) on a booking system

• weekly cleaning (including your desk if you wish)

• use of pool table / table football / sky tv / bar & café area

• tea / coffee / sugar etc included (bring your own mug!)

• day-to-day contact with likeminded creative people sharing the environment

• no deposit / no admin fees / no catch
