Animate projects are pleased to present Appropriate, an online group exhibition of artists’ films that ‘appropriate’ footage from mainstream films and Hollywood dramas. With work by Dave Griffiths, Cordelia Swann and Jason Dee, plus a film by Osbert Parker from the AnimateTV archive.

The exhibition is accompanied by an essay by Lucy Reynolds.

This month's free tutorial from Escape Studios is part of a series that discusses alternative methods of recreating naturalistic lighting in an exterior environment.

How to Access this Free Tutorial
It's very simple; all you need to do is register on the Escape website to access the online learning centre. Once inside, select the 'FREE AREA' from the drop down menu in the 'My Courses' tab.  For those of you who are already registered, just log-in with your usual username and password.
